江苏省应用于临床采供血量是全国第一大省份,全年采供血量达173吨。同时采供血机构也是最多的省份,各级采供血机构达69个,其中血液中心2个,中心血站10个,基层血站16个,中心血库41个。从业人员近1700人。由于机构重叠和部分人员素质低,抑制了输血事业的发展,我们认为,解决这一问题的一个重要途径是从管理模式上创新。
