目的:探讨泌尿外科实施手术患者术前访视管理制度的效果。方法:在浙江省杭州市中医院2013年12月~2015年1月收治的泌尿外科患者中选择具有可比性的140例作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规的术前准备,观察组患者在对照组患者的术前准备基础上再给予术前访视管理制度,分别比较两组患者的访视前后一般情况以及满意度。结果:观察组患者与对照组患者访视前的一般情况差异不明显,观察组患者访视后的一般情况明显好于对照组患者访视后的一般情况,观察组患者的满意度,明显高于对照组患者的满意度(P<0.05)。结论:术前访视管理制度在泌尿外科手术患者治疗中的应用,可显著改善患者的治疗效果,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of preoperative management of visiting patients in urological surgery.
