甲萘醌(2-Methy-1,4-naphthoquinone)在水中溶解度很小。由于結構上具有二个羰基,因此能和亞硫酸氩鈉結为加成物而易溶于水中,可制成水剂安瓿。虽然本品在配制方法上或者在灌注熔封过程上,与一般产品差不多,条件簡便,容易控制。但对于含量降低的問題,一般配制者采取多加原料来补足降低的办法解决。作者对此間題,曾作过一些研究,今介紹如下,仅供参考。 1.甲萘醌的析出亞硫酸氫鈉甲萘醒溶液暴露实气中,在空溫下容易將亞硫酸氫鈉氧化而析出甲萘醌,补救此問題,一般多加焦亞硫酸鈉作为稳定剂(0.3%)。焦亞硫酸鈉遇水成亞硫酸氩鈉,能防止氧化和析出甲萘醌。亞硫酸氫鈉甲萘醌是加成物,易被硷所分解。作者發現亞硫酸氫鈉甲萘醌溶液在零渡时是很稳定的,容易和溶
