为探讨水分胁迫对胡萝卜储藏器官糖代谢的影响,为缺水地区科学栽培胡萝卜提供理论依据,以栽培胡萝卜品种“向阳二号”的6叶期幼苗为试材,研究了不同程度水分胁迫条件下胡萝卜储藏器官对葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖及淀粉代谢的变化。结果表明,在水分胁迫下,蔗糖水平明显降低,胁迫程度越大,蔗糖水平越低,而葡萄糖和果糖水平却随之提高。淀粉含量的变化也是随着水分胁迫程度的增强而减少的,其中木质部中淀粉含量的变化要比韧皮部中的大。
In order to investigate the effect of water stress on sugar metabolism of carrot organs and to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific cultivation of carrots in water-deficient areas, six-leaf seedlings of carrot cultivar “Xiangyang No.2” were used as materials to study the effects of water stress Changes of Glucose, Fructose, Sucrose and Starch Metabolism of Carrot Organ in Storage Conditions. The results showed that under water stress, the sucrose level decreased obviously. The higher the degree of stress, the lower the sucrose level, but the higher the glucose and fructose levels. The change of starch content also decreased with the increase of water stress degree, in which the starch content in xylem changed more than that in phloem.
