目的探索主管护师的时间管理倾向与自我价值感的关系。方法采用改编的时间管理倾向量表和自我价值感量表,对206名主管护师进行调查。结果主管护师时间管理倾向在年龄、学历、职称年限、婚姻状况、有无子女等因素不存在显著差异,自我价值感在学历、职称年限、婚姻状况、有无子女上不存在显著差异,但年龄存在显著差异;时间管理倾向总分及各维度与总体、一般及特殊自我价值感之间存在显著正相关,且对自我价值有显著的预测作用;高、低自我价值感者在时间管理倾向上存在显著差异;高自我价值感的主管护师时间管理倾向显著高于低自我价值感者。经回归分析发现,时间管理倾向对自我价值感具有良好预测作用,特别是时间效能感是自我价值感各层面的一个显著的预测变量。结论主管护师时间管理倾向与自我价值感存在显著关系,主管护师的时间管理倾向与自我价值感具有相互促进的作用。“,”Objective This paper explores the correlation between time management disposition and self-worth of nurse-in-charge. Methods This paper uses the adapted time management disposition scale and self-worth scale to investigate 206 nurses-in-charge. Results There is no significant dif erence for nurse-in-charge's time management disposition factors of age, education background, title and seniority, marital status, with and without children. There is no significant dif erence for self-worth factors of education background, title and seniority, marital status, with and without children, yet there is significant significant dif erence in age. The time management disposition score and dimensions are significantly positive correlated with overal , general and special self-worth, and play a significant predictive role in self-worth. There is significant dif erence of time management disposition for people with high and low self-worth. The nurse-in-charge with high self-worth has significant higher time management disposition than the nurse-in-charge with low self-worth. According to the regression analysis, time management disposition play a significant predictive role in self-worth, particularly the sense of time ef iciency is a significant predictive variable of the self-worth at al levels. Conclusion The nurse-in-charge's time management disposition is significant correlated with self-worth, the time management disposition mutual y promotes with self-worth.
