4—氨基吡啶(4—AP)能拮抗筒箭毒碱的肌松作用,我们发现4—AP也能拮抗农药沙蚕毒(NTX)和其衍生物杀虫单(SCD)所致的神经肌肉阻遏作用。对乌拉坦麻醉兔记录肌电、呼吸和血压,ivNTX2mg/kg或SCD6.5mg/kg可使神经肌肉传递完全阻断,iv4—AP1或2mg/kg即迅速开始恢复肌收缩反应和自主呼吸,但后者频率较快且不规则,血压无明显变化。4—AP也能拮抗NTX所致坐骨神经腓肠肌的神经肌肉阻遏,恢复正常收缩。
