构建社会主义和谐社会仍然是建设中国特色社会主义一项重要的任务,企业作为落实新时期先进指导思想的重要主体,一定要坚持贯彻科学发展观,坚持实施人性化管理。新时期能否充分发挥工会对于员工基本利益的保障作用,维护社会的团结和稳定,保证工会会员的合法权益不受到侵害,就成为工会新时期的重点工作之一。本文通过分析工会调动广大会员工作积极性的重要性,进而提出了通过坚持人本管理思想,树立和谐的劳动关系,积极组织日常调研,了解广大会员的工作动态等措施来调动广大会员工作积极性,希望对工会工作具有一定参考作用。
Building a socialist harmonious society is still an important task in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. As an important subject for implementing advanced guiding ideology in the new era, enterprises must persist in implementing the scientific development concept and uphold humanistic management. In the new era, it is one of the key tasks for the trade unions to give full play to the guarantee function of the trade unions in safeguarding the basic interests of employees, safeguarding social solidarity and stability and ensuring that the legitimate rights and interests of trade union members are not infringed upon. By analyzing the importance of trade unions in mobilizing the enthusiasm of the general membership, this paper puts forward some suggestions to mobilize the enthusiasm of the general membership by insisting on humanistic management, establishing harmonious labor relations, actively organizing routine research and understanding the work of members. The work of trade unions has a certain reference.
