本文以烹调油烟为研究因素,选择某宾馆无吸烟嗜好的暴露人群(男性厨师)及对照人群各27名和30名,对两组人群分别进行肺功能试验和全血脂质过氧化指标测定。结果表明,在油烟平均暴露水平为0.17±0.06mg/m3时,实验组肺功能指标V25和血浆GSH含量与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。提示人群在接触一定量油烟下一段时间,可引起机体某种程度肺功能损伤和脂质过氧化水平的变化。
In this paper, cooking fumes as the research factor, select a hotel non-smoking hobby exposed population (male chef) and control population of 27 and 30, respectively, for lung function tests and whole blood lipid peroxidation index determination. The results showed that when the average exposure level of fume was 0.17 ± 0.06mg / m3, the pulmonary function index V25 and plasma GSH in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).
