审视当前的课堂教学现状发现,很多老师并没有根据学生的实际情况设计教学过程,也很少根据学生的课堂表现及时调整教学过程,而是自始至终一如既往地执行自己既定的教案。究其原因,主要有两条:一是以学生为本的教学观念还未真正确立;二是课堂教学设计的基本原理和方法没有被广大第一线老师所掌握。因此,必须从提高学生整体素质着眼,把单一化、直线型的教学流程转变成可选择的、非直线型的教学流程,使现代教学理念通过新的课堂教学设计变得操作化,才能真正提高课堂教学的效率。下面就课堂教学设计的原则
