本文探讨了一种用于中小型液压汽车起重机上车传动与发动机匹配设计的“万有特性图”,将起重作业的主参数起重量m产生的起升载荷(力)G和起升速度V等直接表示在发动机的万有特性图上,与发动机的平均有效压力p_e、转速n_e及比油耗g_e等参数直观地一一对应,进而提出在图上进行动力性分析及经济性定最计算比较的方法,较理想地完成传动系统的匹配设计。本“万有特性图法”可广泛地适用于各种内燃—液压和内燃—机械传动的匹配设计。
This article discusses a “characteristics map” for the matching design of the transmission and engine of a small and medium-sized hydraulic truck crane. The lifting load (force) G and hoisting speed produced by the lifting weight m of the main parameters of the lifting operation. V, etc., directly represents the engine’s universal characteristic map, intuitively corresponds to the engine’s mean effective pressure p_e, speed n_e, and specific fuel consumption g_e, and then puts forward dynamic analysis and economic calculations on the map. The comparative method ideally completes the matching design of the transmission system. This “universal characteristic map method” can be widely applied to the matching design of various internal combustion-hydraulic and internal combustion-mechanical transmissions.
