周围性面神经炎发病突然,以一侧面部肌肉瘫痪,口眼歪斜为特征,其发病率在我国神经系统疾病中排第6位.治疗该病方法很多,疗效也很肯定.但是,周围性面神经炎中大约有15% ～20%为亨特面神经炎,在发病之初伴有耳心疼痛,耳廓、舌边疱疹,舌前2/3味觉丧失,经面神经电图检查属重度失神经损害者,治疗结果却不是很好,一般方法治疗1个月后恢复多不理想.笔者采用针灸、导气治疗亨特面神经炎48例,现总结如下.临床资料1. 一般资料48例亨特周围性面神经炎来自1997～1999年的门诊和住院病人,男20例,女28例;年龄32
