①目的探讨白细胞流变特性变化与支气管哮喘发病的关系。②方法检测了68例支气管哮喘病人哮喘发作时和缓解后白细胞变形能力(LD)和白细胞粘附功能(LAF)的变化,并与42例健康人作比较。③结果支气管哮喘病人发作期白细胞滤过指数(LFI)和白细胞粘附率(LAR)均明显高于对照组和哮喘缓解期,差异均有极显著性(t=3.1416~4.065,P均<0.001)。支气管哮喘病人发作期和缓解期LFI与LAR呈正相关(r=0.636,0.585,P均<0.001)。④结论LD降低和LAF增高可能参与了支气管哮喘的发病,且与病情有一定关系。
①Objective To investigate the relationship between leukocyte rheology and bronchial asthma. Methods The changes of leukocyte deformability (LD) and leucocyte adhesion (LAF) in 68 asthmatic patients with bronchial asthma were detected and compared with 42 healthy controls. Results The levels of leukocyte filtration index (LFI) and leukocyte adhesion rate (LAR) in patients with bronchial asthma were significantly higher than those in control group and asthma remission (t = 3.1416-4.065, P <0.001). There was a positive correlation between LFI and LAR in patients with bronchial asthma at the onset and remission (r = 0.636,0.585, P <0.001). ④ Conclusion LD decreased and LAF may be involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma, and have a certain relationship with the disease.
