目的:观察六味银杏胶囊对血管痴呆型(VD)大鼠一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。方法:通过反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉同时腹腔注射硝普钠制造血管性痴呆大鼠模型,治疗后,进行跳台测试,测定大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮含量和一氧化氮合酶活性。结果:模型组学习记忆能力明显低于各给药组,脑组织NO含量和NOS活性明显增高。结论:六味银杏胶囊能改善血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与降低血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织中NO含量及NOS活性有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Liuwei Ginkgo Capsules on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rats with vascular dementia (VD). METHODS: A rat model of vascular dementia was created by repeatedly clamping the common carotid arteries of the bilateral side and intraperitoneally injecting sodium nitroprusside. After treatment, a step-down test was performed to determine the content of nitric oxide and the activity of nitric oxide synthase in the rat brain. RESULTS: The learning and memory ability of the model group was significantly lower than that of the administration groups. The NO content and NOS activity in the brain increased significantly. Conclusion: Liuwei Ginkgo Capsules can improve the learning and memory ability of vascular dementia rats. The mechanism may be related to the decrease of NO content and NOS activity in the brain of vascular dementia rats.
