铁素体不锈钢在热轧过程中易产生黏辊现象。介绍了国外采用无变形条件和有变形条件两种试验方法研究轧材材质、轧辊材质和热轧工艺参数等对黏辊的影响。结果表明:黏辊不仅与轧材高温性能、轧辊材质及辊面质量等因素密切相关,而且受到轧制温度、接触应力等诸多外部因素的影响。此外,在实际的轧制过程中,轧材表面氧化铁皮厚度还会对轧辊与轧材之间的摩擦因数以及轧辊力产生一定影响,同时,轧制速度、温度和压下量等工艺参数又会不同程度地影响摩擦因数和轧制力,从而影响黏结。
Ferritic stainless steel in the hot rolling process easy to produce sticky phenomenon. In this paper, two test methods of non-deforming condition and deforming condition abroad are introduced to study the influence of rolling material, roll material and hot rolling process parameters on sticking roll. The results show that the sticking roll is closely related to not only the high temperature properties of roll material, the roll material quality and roll surface quality, but also by many external factors such as rolling temperature, contact stress and so on. In addition, during the actual rolling process, the thickness of the scale on the surface of the rolling material will also affect the friction coefficient between the roll and the rolled material as well as the roll force. At the same time, the processing parameters of the rolling speed, the temperature and the rolling reduction Will affect the friction factor and rolling force to varying degrees, thus affecting the bond.
