盐胁迫对抗碱盐生植物碱地肤生长特性的影响(英文)

实验是通过人工模拟的方法对碱地肤进行处理.将0~400 mmol·L-1不同浓度梯度的盐胁迫组(c(NaC l)∶c(Na2SO4)=1∶1,按物质的量比1∶1混合)和同样不同浓度梯度的碱胁迫组(NaH CO3∶Na_2CO_3=1∶1,按物质的量比1∶1混合).通过测定碱地肤的地上部分的相对生长率(RGR)、地下部分的相对生长率(RGR)、叶面积及其含水量等生理指标,分析和探讨碱地肤在不同梯度的盐浓度和碱浓度中所发生的一系列变化,用来推测碱地肤抗盐抗碱的能力和特点,以及同比其在盐碱地中生活的适应性
