多联吡啶及其衍生物是一类具有独特性质的配体,可以与Cu(Ⅰ)和Ag(Ⅰ)等形成络合物.随着对多联吡啶化合物的深入研究,很多联吡啶化合物被合成并应用于化学研究中.本文对三联吡啶的衍生物6,6’-二甲基-4’-苯基-2,2’:6’,2”-三联吡啶(TPY)和铜(Ⅱ)的络合反应进行了研究,结果发现在pH 40~5.8的HAc-NaAc体系中Cu(Ⅱ)和TPY形成了绿色络合物,最大吸收波长为339.5nm;摩尔吸光系数ε_(339.5)=2.108×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),灵敏度较高.铜(Ⅱ)在0.12~2.8mg/L服从比尔定律;相关系数r=0.9997.据此建立了一种三联吡啶测定铜的新方法,将该法用于人发和铅矿样品中铜含量的测定,均获得满意的结果.

The method was applied to the determination of copper in human hair and lead samples, and satisfactory results were obtained.
