June 20, 1996 in Beijing held a high-tech aviation into the national “863” program basic ideas seminar. The meeting was hosted by the Standing Committee of He Zuoying, Science and Technology Commission of Science and Technology Administration of China National Aviation Industry Corporation and Zheng Zuodi, member of the CST. We invited five well-known experts who actively advocated the entry of high-tech aviation into the country's “863” program and jointly wrote a letter to Premier Li Peng.
