水煤浆技术作为洁净煤工程的一个重要组成部分和煤炭加工的一种新途径,越来越受到各个方面的重视。但是输送水煤浆的单螺杆泵定子耐磨性差是影响水煤浆技术应用的一个重要方面。本文通过建立物理模型和运用扫描电镜(SEM)对定子磨损表面进行观察,对单螺杆泵定子磨损机理进行了分析,认为输送水煤浆的单螺杆泵的定子的磨损形式是水煤浆的磨粒侵蚀和转子的湿磨粒磨损的交替作用,而磨损机理则与定子断面各部分受力及介质有关。
As an important part of clean coal engineering and a new way of coal processing, CWS technology is getting more and more attention from all aspects. However, the poor wear resistance of the single-screw pump stator conveying CWS is an important aspect affecting the application of CWS technology. In this paper, through the establishment of physical model and the use of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) on the stator wear surface was observed on the single screw pump stator wear mechanism was analyzed that the single-screw pump CWS stator wear form is the CWS grinding Grain erosion and wet abrasive wear of the rotor alternately, while the wear mechanism is related to the stress and medium of each part of the stator cross-section.
