本文根据国外铸挤机的工艺反设备技术,论证了有关铸挤机的新工艺,新结构的探索,目的在于促进我国挤压行业的兴旺发展和新技术的开发。铸挤机是世界冶金界的一项最新的科学技术,目前只有英、美、日等三国掌握,并能设计制造铸挤设备。铸挤机以液态金属、粉粒状和切屑为原料,可以挤出管、棒、型、线、带材,具有许多优点和很好的经济效益。它的发明及设备的开发,是有色金属挤压工艺的一大突破。
Based on the technology of anti-extrusion equipment of casting machine in foreign countries, this paper proves the exploration of new technology and structure of casting extrusion machine with the aim of promoting the development of extrusion industry in our country and the development of new technology. Casting extrusion machine is the world’s latest metallurgical science and technology, only the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and other three mastered, and can design and manufacture of cast extrusion equipment. Casting extruder to liquid metal, powder and chip as raw material, can be extruded tubes, rods, type, line, strip, with many advantages and good economic benefits. Its invention and equipment development, is a major breakthrough in non-ferrous metal extrusion process.
