我校是一所全日制寄宿制小学,其中60﹪的学生是留守儿童。由于亲情缺失,一部分孩子性格孤僻,不善于沟通,待人处事特立独行,内心脆弱、敏感,在和别人交往中形成一种自卑抗拒的心理,容易产生隔阂,这也让他们渐渐失去学习的兴趣。面对现实,学校在寄宿生管理中对留守儿童统一造册,充分利用国家优惠政策对他们进行经济上的资助。同时,在各项管理中给予他们更多的关怀,尤其对留守儿童在心理疏导、生活技能培养、良好习惯养成方面给予重视,
