作者对10例妊娠31～33周的糖尿病人,随机抽样分成仪器测量和简便测量2组,此2组病人均由一停留静脉管每小时抽血1次,查血糖和代谢产物,共14～16小时。病者可照常从事日常家务。两组血糖分别为:4.3±1.7(均数SD),45±1.7mmol/L,3-羟丁酸、丙氨酸、丙酮酸盐、乳酸盐和甘油均在正常范围。病人入院后10天再查1次,结果住院的血糖轻度增高(5.9±1.4对4.5±0.9mmol/L;P=0.03),
