近年来我国互联网技术和电子商务技术处于高速发展之中,加上网络访问终端设备(如平板电脑、智能手机等)价格的日益平民化,促使电子渠道走入公众的日常生活中。相较于传统渠道,电子渠道极大地扩展了通信运营商的销售服务能力,降低了通信运营商销售服务的运营成本,同时提高了用户对通信运营商的产品认知度,故本文笔者结合工作实践,就电子商务时代通信运营商建设电子渠道的问题展开探讨。
In recent years, the rapid development of Internet technology and e-commerce technology in our country, together with the increasingly popularized prices of network access terminal devices (such as tablet computers and smart phones) have pushed electronic channels into the daily life of the public.
