目的:探讨完美主义各维度和人际关系能力与情绪智力的相关程度。方法:采用大学生完美主义量表、大学生情绪智力量表、人际关系综合诊断量表对在校大一至大四共450名学生进行问卷调查。结果:通过统计软件spss17.0对数据的分析处理得到以下结果:①人口学变量上完美主义总分与情绪智力总分均无显著性差异。②完美主义的担心出错这一维度在情绪智力各维度上均有负相关,但并不显著。③完美主义的个人标准这个维度与情绪智力的四个维度均有显著性差异。④完美主义的条理性这一维度与情绪智力的三个维度上均有负相关。
Objective: To explore the correlation between perfectionism’s dimensions and interpersonal relationship and emotional intelligence. Methods: A total of 450 students from the freshmen to seniors were surveyed by using the Perfectionism Scale for College Students, the Emotional Intelligence Scale for College Students and the Comprehensive Interpersonal Relationship Diagnostic Scale. Results: Through the statistical software spss17.0 analysis and processing of the data, the following results were obtained: ① There was no significant difference between demographic variables and total score of emotional intelligence. (2) The dimension of perfectionism’s worry-making error has a negative correlation in all dimensions of emotional intelligence, but it is not significant. (3) There is a significant difference between the four dimensions of the individual standard of perfectionism and the four dimensions of emotional intelligence. ④ The perfection of the rational and rational dimensions of the three dimensions of emotional intelligence are negatively correlated.
