在初中语文教学实践中,差不多每个班级中,都会出现一些语文学习困难生。怎样能使这些语文学习困难生有所转变,是我们语文教师思考与探索的问题。本人结合自己的教学实践,认为主要应从四个方面进行努力:首先应经常不断地与语文学习困难生交流、沟通,了解其心理变化,反复向他们阐明学习语文的目的、任务、方法及其重要性,让其充分认识到语文学习的重要性和必要性。其次,我们要帮助语文学习困难生确定发展性的语文学习目标。其三,我们要为语文学习困难生提供语文学习的成功体验,促进学习动力的内化。其四,我们应该教育语文学习困难生正确面对学习中的挫折与失败,使其保持语文学习的热情。经过探索与努力,也使一些语文学习困难生有所转变。
In the junior middle school Chinese teaching practice, almost every class, there will be some Chinese students with learning difficulties. How to make these Chinese students have some changes in learning difficulties, our language teachers think and explore the issue. In my own teaching practice, I think I should try my best from four aspects. First, I should constantly exchange and communicate with students with Chinese learning difficulties to understand their psychological changes, and repeatedly explain to them the purpose, tasks and methods of learning Chinese and their importance So that it fully recognizes the importance and necessity of language learning. Second, we need to help Chinese students with learning disabilities develop their own language learning goals. Thirdly, we must provide a successful experience of language learning for students with learning difficulties in Chinese and promote the internalization of learning motivation. Fourthly, we should educate the students who have difficulty in learning Chinese to correctly face the setbacks and failures in learning so that they will maintain their enthusiasm for learning Chinese. After exploration and hard work, some language learning difficulties have also changed.
