采用硝酸、氢氟酸溶样,采用容量法对硅的含量进行测定,定容后的滤液用电感耦合等离子体光谱法直接进行钙、钡、铝的测定。对样品的处理条件和ICP光谱仪工作条件进行了试验和优化,确定了试验方法的最佳条件。用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在99%~101%之间。试验结果表明:该方法准确、快速、简便,精密度、回收率、标准样品分析对照均取得了满意的结果。该方法可以满足实验室生产检验的需要。
Using nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid to dissolve the sample, the content of silicon was measured by the volumetric method. The filtrate after constant volume was directly measured by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry with calcium, barium and aluminum. The sample processing conditions and ICP spectrometer operating conditions were tested and optimized to determine the optimum conditions for the test method. Recycling test with standard addition method, the measured recovery was between 99% ~ 101%. The experimental results show that the method is accurate, rapid, simple, accurate, recovery, standard sample analysis and control have achieved satisfactory results. The method can meet the needs of laboratory production inspection.
