目的:探讨超声心动图检测胎儿先天性心脏病作为产前常规检查方法的应用及其价值。方法:2006年1月1日至2007年6月31日我院连续对2851例孕妇行产前胎儿超声心动图检查,以引产后尸解或生后超声心动图作为对照标准。结果:2851例胎儿超声心动图检出27例胎儿心血管畸形,漏诊房间隔缺损1例。生后超声心动图随访或引产后尸检结果与产前诊断相符。结论:超声心动图是胎儿先天性心脏病产前检查的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the application and value of echocardiography in the detection of fetal congenital heart disease as a routine prenatal examination method. METHODS: From January 1, 2006 to June 31, 2007, 2851 pregnant women underwent prenatal fetal echocardiography consecutively in our hospital. Ectopic and postnatal echocardiograms were used as control. Results: 2851 cases of fetal echocardiography detected 27 cases of fetal cardiovascular malformations, missing a case of atrial septal defect. Postnatal echocardiographic follow-up or post-induction autopsy results were consistent with prenatal diagnosis. Conclusion: Echocardiography is an effective method for prenatal examination of fetal congenital heart disease.
