台州地处浙中沿海,是我国沿海非公有制经济较发达地区。2002年全市非公有制经济完成增加值占生产总值的85％,从业人员占全社会从业人员的89％。 我市非公企业工会工作起步于1995年。近年来,全市以工会基层组织规范化建设为载体,非公企业工会经费拨缴和管理工作在探索中得到全面发展。从2000年至2002年三年时间,我市非公企业工会经费平均每年增71.1％。非公企业的工会经费成为我市当前及今后一段时期经费增长的新增长点。
Taizhou is located in the coastal areas of Zhejiang, China’s coastal non-public economy more developed areas. In 2002, the added value of the non-public economy in the city was 85% of the GDP, employing 89% of the employees in the whole society. The city’s non-public sector trade union work started in 1995. In recent years, the city has taken the standardized construction of the grassroots organizations of trade unions as the carrier, and the work of disbursing and managing the funds for the trade unions of non-state-owned enterprises has been fully developed in the course of exploration. From 2000 to 2002 three years time, the city’s non-public sector trade union funds increased by an average of 71.1% per annum. The non-public sector trade union funds have become a new growth point for the increase of funds in the city for the present and future periods.
