心理学的研究指出,在人学习某种知识或技能的时候,由于身体的疲倦和知识结构的重复性,可能会出现成绩暂时停滞不前的现象,心理学家把它称为“高原现象”。这种现象在一些学习音乐的学生身上具体表现为:过去学习新知识,头脑中的知识点与日俱增,能明显感受到进步,体会到较强的成就感;而当技术和知识掌握到一定阶段后,学生难以感受到明显的进步,体会不到成就感,从而就容易感到沮丧,对自己丧失信心,出现心理疲惫现象,影响以后的学习。实际上,“高原现象”只是一种暂时停滞现象,是可以突破的。并且在突破以后,可以让学生的水平达到新的境界。那么教师如何在教学过程中帮助学生克服“高原现象”呢?我想可以从以下方面入手:

So how can teachers help students to overcome “plateau phenomenon ” in the teaching process? I think we can start from the following aspects:
