This article reports the gallbladder pseudolymphoma, the authors consider the first case. Patient Female, 78 years old, having postprandial upper abdominal discomfort, swollen, sternal burning after 2 years without weight loss. Check for moderate tenderness in the upper abdomen. Routine tests and liver function tests are in the normal range. Gallbladder showed no functional gallbladder, gastrointestinal radiography found duodenal ulcer associated with diverticulitis. Surgical resection of the gallbladder specimen was 9.3 × 3 × 1.2 cm, the serosal shrinkage, but shiny, the average wall thickness of 0.3 cm, dark brown mucous membrane particles
