目的:明确不同分组条件下合煎对化学成分的影响。方法:采取不同配伍分组,煎煮后测定目标成分的含量,两组间进行比较,以确定是否适合合煎。结果:①龟甲、穿山甲与含挥发油的药物合煎,造成挥发油无法提出;②龟甲、穿山甲降低生物碱的煎出率;③大黄等药材降低龙胆苦苷的煎出率;④含生物碱的药材降低大黄中蒽醌成分的煎出率。结论:动物药影响挥发油的提取;含龙胆苦苷、生物碱类的药材不宜与大黄药材合煎。
Objective: To clarify the influence of combined decoction on chemical composition under different grouping conditions. Methods: Different compatibility groups were used to determine the content of the target component after decoction. The two groups were compared to determine whether it was suitable for combined decoction. Results: ① tortoiseshell, pangolin and volatile oil containing drugs combined fried, resulting in volatile oil can not be made; ② shell tortoise, pangolin reduce the rate of alkaloids fried; ③ rhubarb and other herbs to reduce the gentiopicroside fried rate; ④ containing alkaloids Medicinal herbs to reduce the rhubarb anthraquinone components of the fried rate. Conclusion: The effects of animal drugs on the extraction of volatile oil; containing gentiopicroside, alkaloids herbs should not be combined with the rhubarb decoction.
