生态城市建设已经或正在成为当今城市建设者们的共识。通过确立规划与绿化并重的基本思路,研究园林绿化在生态城市建设中的战略,探索营口市生态城市建设的途径,以及在这个过程中的规划与绿化工作的思路和对策。
Eco-city construction has been or is becoming the consensus of today's city builders. Through the establishment of the basic ideas of both planning and afforestation, the strategy of landscape afforestation in eco-city construction, the ways of eco-city construction in Yingkou and the ideas and countermeasures of planning and afforestation in this process are also discussed.
