建设工程中的招投标管理是建设工程项目管理中非常重要的环节。投资建设业主方通过规范有序的招投标采购,从而为投标人提供相对公正、公平的竞争环境,有利于打破地域封锁与行业垄断,实现优胜劣汰,从而选择合适的工程承建及材料设备供应单位,以节省采购资金,降低建设方采购成本和投资风险。本文简要分析了招投标管理工作的特点,引入了流程化管理理念,让每个招投标工作步骤成为流水线上的一个环节,全部的工程招投标工作按照既定的流程依次进行。在招投标管理中借助于项目管理信息化系统—智能化信息系统以实现工程招投标管理的规范化与有效化。
Bidding management in construction project is a very important link in the construction project management. Investors and developers through standard and orderly bidding procurement, so as to provide bidders with a relatively fair and equitable competitive environment, is conducive to breaking the geographical blockade and industry monopoly, to achieve survival of the fittest, so as to select the appropriate engineering construction and supply of materials and equipment units, To save procurement funds, reduce construction costs and investment procurement risks.
