湖南省大通湖农场四分场核算组长、共产党员杨福秋,连续两年处理鲜鱼16万多斤, 自己没有比职工多吃一两鱼,也没有为亲友开一斤鱼的后门。大家称他是鱼池边的“包公”。四分场有个400多亩水面的鱼池,年产鲜鱼8万多斤。每到冬季鱼池起鱼的时候,场内外买鱼的人闻风而来,络绎不绝。但是,“粥少僧多”,处理鲜鱼成了最棘手的问题。
