利用电镜细胞化学的方法,对大豆种子在发展的不同阶段,种皮细胞壁表面糖蛋白的变化进行了定位观察。经红标记染色,在种皮外层细胞壁的表面,糖蛋白呈现出较高电子密度,紧贴于细胞壁的表面,形成均匀的糖蛋白层。在种子发育的不同阶段,该糖蛋白层的厚度,随着种子的发育而不断增加,在开花后的第25-30天时,糖蛋白层的厚度达到最大,一般在50-60nm。种子在以后的发育过程中,糖蛋白层的厚度基本维持在这一水平。
Using electron microscopy cytochemistry, the changes of the surface glycoproteins on the surface of the seed coat were observed at different stages of soybean seed development. The red mark staining, the surface of the outer layer of cell wall in the seed coat, glycoprotein showed a high electron density, close to the cell wall surface, forming a uniform glycoprotein layer. At different stages of seed development, the thickness of the glycoprotein layer increases with seed development. At 25-30 days after flowering, the thickness of the glycoprotein layer reaches its maximum, typically at 50-60 nm. Seed in the subsequent development, the thickness of the glycoprotein layer remained at this level.
