本文介绍了含粒状贝氏体的15SiMnVTi钢亚温正火时的显微组织和机械性能的试验研究结果。通过分析该钢CCT曲线的位置变化,讨论了亚温正火对粒状贝氏体转变动力学的影响。研究表明,亚温正火导致CCT曲线左移,降低了粒状贝氏体的形成倾向,使相变在较高的温度下,以较缓慢的速度进行。这些导致了小岛的性质、总量、尺寸及分布状态的变化,在较大幅度内调整了该钢的机械性能。试验结果表明,770℃(A_(c1)+50℃)正火组织具有良好的强韧性配合。对于强韧性配合失调的粒状贝氏体钢,亚温正火可视为一种有效的强韧化措施。
In this paper, the experimental results of the microstructure and mechanical properties of 15SiMnVTi steel containing granular bainite during sub-temperature normalizing are introduced. By analyzing the change of position of CCT curve of this steel, the influence of normalizing temperature on the kinetics of granular bainite transformation was discussed. Studies have shown that the normalization of the subheating leads to the CCT curve to the left, reducing the formation of granular bainite, the phase transition at a higher temperature, at a slower speed. These led to the island’s nature, total volume, size and distribution of state changes in a more substantial adjustment of the mechanical properties of the steel. The experimental results show that the normalized structure at 770 ℃ (A c1 + 50 ℃) has a good combination of strength and toughness. For the ductile maladjustment of granular bainitic steels, subcritical normalizing can be considered as an effective toughening measures.
