针对目前柔性棒料高速动态跟随切割支撑装置结构复杂,振动和冲击较大等不足,提出了枢轴旋转式喇叭嘴装置支撑原理,对装置进行了机构学和动力学分析。通过对喇叭嘴槽宽进行多目标优化,减小了柔性棒料所受剪力矩、扰度,以及刀片和喇叭嘴在棒料轴线方向最大速度差,有利于提高切割质量;综合考虑设计加工误差对机构动态性能的影响,提出了合理的装置支撑布置方案,有效地避免了在支撑时段内来自机构的冲击振动。该装置结构简单,支撑稳定,可以满足高速动态跟随切割的需要,具有较高的实用价值。
Aimed at the shortcomings of complex structure, high vibration and high impact of the high-speed dynamic follow-up cutting support device of flexible bar material, the propping principle of the trumpet-type trumpet device is put forward, and the mechanical and dynamic analysis of the device is carried out. Multi-objective optimization of the groove width of the trumpet can reduce the shear moment and disturbance of the flexible bar and the maximum speed difference between the blade and the trumpet in the axial direction of the bar, which is favorable for improving the cutting quality. Considering the design and processing error On the dynamic performance of the mechanism, put forward a reasonable device support arrangement, effectively avoiding the impact of vibration from the body during the support period. The device has the advantages of simple structure and stable support, which can meet the needs of high-speed dynamic following cutting and has high practical value.
