本文对常用中药蒲黄的两种植物来源长苞香蒲(Typha aogustata)和窄叶香蒲(T.angustifolia)的花粉进行了化学成分的比较研究。两种香蒲均含有两种Rf值相同的黄酮甙,测定了异鼠李素、β-谷甾酵等主要有效成分的含量。两种香蒲均使经电刺激纤颤的离体豚鼠心脏冠脉流量增加,但毒性作用有所差异。从而,为窄叶香蒲代长苞香蒲使用提供了依据。
In this paper, the chemical compositions of pollen from two plant species, Typha aogustata and T. angustifolia, which are commonly used in the traditional Chinese medicine Puhuang, were studied. Both cattails contained two flavonoids with the same Rf value, and the contents of the main effective components such as isorhamnetin and β-gluten ferment were determined. Both cattails increased coronary flow in isolated guinea pig hearts stimulated by electrical stimulation, but the toxic effects were different. Thus, it provides the basis for the use of narrow-leaf typha.
