企业文化,是近几年在我国新兴起的管理科学。企业文化是企业在长期经营实践中,由职工创造并逐步形成的、能够推动本企业发展壮大的、企业所持有的意识形态和物质财富的总和。它包括的主要内容有七个方面:(1)企业经营哲学。这是企业人格化的基础,是形成企业独立人格的源泉。(2)企业精神。这是企业及职工的精神支柱和活力源泉,是企业文化的核心。(3)企业目标。这是企业的发展方向和前景,是激励职工为之奋斗的一种精神力量。(4)企业民主。这是调动和发挥职工积极性的重要因素。(5)企业道德。这是法律、制度的一种必要补充,是企业安定团结的重要保证。(6)企业制度。它是约束职工行为和维护职工共同利益的手段。(7)企业形象。这是得到社会认可的企业文化的综合反映和外在表现。
Corporate culture is the emerging management science in China in recent years. Corporate culture is the sum of the ideology and material wealth held by the company in the long-term management practice, created by the employees and gradually formed, and can promote the development and expansion of the company. It includes seven main aspects: (1) Business Philosophy. This is the foundation of the personification of the company and the source of the independent personality of the company. (2) Enterprise spirit. This is the spiritual pillar and vitality source of enterprises and employees, and the core of corporate culture. (3) Business goals. This is the direction and prospect of the company’s development and a spiritual force that encourages employees to fight for it. (4) Corporate democracy. This is an important factor in mobilizing and giving play to the enthusiasm of employees. (5) Corporate ethics. This is a necessary supplement to laws and systems and an important guarantee for the stability and unity of the company. (6) Enterprise system. It is a means of restraining employee behavior and safeguarding the common interests of employees. (7) corporate image. This is a comprehensive reflection and external expression of a corporate culture that has received social recognition.
