收缩期房室(AV)平面向心尖移动对左室泵血功能具有重要的作用,应用AV平面的位移量,可评价急性心肌梗塞、冠心病和严重慢性充血性心衰患者的左室收缩功能。舒张早期AV平面迅速上升,逆向心尖朝左房移动,然后左房收缩使AV平面进一步上移,完成左室充盈。通过研究左房引起的AV平面移动和全舒张期AV平面位移的关系,可用于评价左室的舒张功能。研究对象为100名健康成人,男78人,女22人,分为三组,1组<35岁,Ⅱ组35~54岁,Ⅲ组54~74岁。首先测量舒张期AV平面全位移,取二维超声心动图心尖四腔切面,将M型取样线置于室间隔边缘与左室AV平面(即二尖瓣环)交界处,AV
Contraction of atrial (AV) plane to the apical movement of the left ventricular pumping function plays an important role in the application of AV plane displacement, can be evaluated in patients with acute myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease and severe left ventricular systolic function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
