前不久,由国家食物与营养咨询委员会办公室和健康大视野杂志社共同主办的“食用仙人掌与膳食结构多样化”研讨会在京召开。来自食品、营养、食物安全领域的众多专家参加了这一会议。本次会议旨在普及食用仙人掌知识、促进食用仙人掌营养价值开发、推动食用仙人掌产业发展。在会上专家展开了热烈讨论,并就食用仙人掌在国内推广使用达成共识。本刊记者跟踪采访了本次研讨会,并将研讨会的信息在第一时间内向广大读者传达。
