目的：偏头痛发作期的经颅多普勒超声（TCD）检查，多数有血液动力学异常。临床上女患者明显多于男性。本组研究通过偏头痛发作期男女之间以及女性月经期与非月经期，男性吸烟人群与非吸烟人群的脑血流改变观察，揭示了生理因素、生活习惯、性格差异、内分泌激素等不同，通过神经递质影响血管舒缩功能以及男女患者发病机制不同，颅内血流常存在显著差异性。
