手机时代,受众的自我赋权真正得以实现。受众由此既成为信息的生产者,也成为信息的消费接受者,从而使传播生态发生了颠覆性改变。主要表现在,受众通过不断自我赋权并扩张,其发表意见和传播信息的自主权获得空前发展,在传播学发展过程中具有重要意义。但不可忽视的问题也随之出现,即手机传播的自律问题和伦理价值取向问题,成为手机传播发展的重要障碍。因此,手机传播伦理价值引导和传媒自律能力建设亟待提高。
Mobile phone era, the audience’s self-empowerment truly be realized. Mainly manifested in the audience through continuous self-empowerment and expansion, the autonomy of their opinions and the dissemination of information to obtain unprecedented development in the development of communication science is of great significance. However, problems that can not be neglected also appear, that is, the problem of self-discipline and ethical value orientation of mobile phone communication has become an important obstacle to the development of mobile phone. Therefore, the transmission of ethical value of mobile phones and media self-discipline capacity building needs to be improved urgently.
