运用硅烷偶联剂KH580对玻璃纤维表面进行改性,采用化学镀的方法制得银包覆的玻璃纤维导电材料。对其工艺进行研究并利用X射线衍射(XRD)表征样品的物相结构,扫描电镜(SEM)表征微观形貌,实验结果表明巯基改性玻璃纤维镀层均匀致密。当硝酸银浓度为15g/L、葡萄糖浓度为23.8g/L、化学镀温度为50℃、化学镀时间为70min时,制得的银包覆玻璃纤维导电材料导电性能较好,电导率为9.26×105S/m。
The silane coupling agent KH580 is used to modify the surface of the glass fiber, and the silver-coated glass fiber conductive material is obtained by the method of electroless plating. The phase structure of the sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the morphology of the sample was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results showed that the coating of the sulfydryl-modified glass fiber was uniform and compact. When silver nitrate concentration is 15g / L, glucose concentration is 23.8g / L, electroless plating temperature is 50 ℃, electroless plating time is 70min, the prepared silver-coated glass fiber conductive material has good conductivity and conductivity of 9.26 × 105S / m.
