在碱性介质中,磺胺噻唑对Ni( IV)配合物-鲁米诺化学发光新体系有显著增敏作用,且化学发光强度在一定范围内与磺胺噻唑浓度呈线性关系。由此建立Ni( IV)流动注射化学发光体系测定磺胺噻唑方法。在优化的条件下,方法检出限(3σ)为5×10-11 mol·L-1,在1.0×10-10~1.0×10-9mol·L-1和4.0×10-9~4.0×10-8mol· L-1范围内成良好线性关系。取5.0×10-9 mol·L-1磺胺噻唑进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差( RSD )为2.57%。该方法简便、准确,用于磺胺噻唑针剂中磺胺噻唑的测定,结果满意。“,”In alkaline solutions,sulfathiazole can significantly enhance the CL intensities of Ni(IV)-Luminol system,and the en-hanced CL relative intensities show good linearity to the concentration of the sulfathiazole within a certain range. Based on this,a new method of FI-CL system for determination of sulfathiazole is developed. Under the optimum conditions,CL intensities are pro-portional to concentrations of sulfathiazole in the range of 1. 0×10-10~1. 0×10-9mol·L-1 and 4. 0×10-9~4. 0×10-8mol·L-1. The limit of detection is 5. 0×10-11mol·L-1 with a relative standard deviation(n=11)of 2. 57% for 5. 0×10-9mol·L-1 of sulfathiazole. The method is simple,accurate.
