液压力行程曲线是液压拉深工艺的重要参数之一 ,该曲线确定得准确与否 ,决定了液压拉深工艺的成败。本文利用有限元数值模拟方法模拟了锥形件液压拉深过程 ,并分析指出理论计算所得液压力行程曲线及实验所得液压力行程曲线存在的问题 ,在此基础上利用有限元数值模拟方法得到了锥形件的液压力行程曲线。通过比较认为该液压力行程曲线是较符合实际拉深过程的
