江铜集团德兴铜矿以打造“五大矿山环境”为目标,带领全矿职工开展“当好主力军,建功‘十二五’,和谐奔小康”活动,不断创新矿山文体工作机制,推进矿山社区文化建设,为构建和谐平安矿山做出了贡献。德兴铜矿在开展活动中,变工会单独管理为工会指导,社区为重点,以职工文体协会为组织网络,单位、社区齐抓共管,职工居民广泛参与的职工文体工作机制。
