档案干部在职教育如何跟上新形势,走在档案工作的前面,做好人才准备。黑河市档案局在实践中认真回答了这个问题。一、工作头绪多,培训先行在近几年每年伊始,研究年度工作计划时,黑河市档案局都把档案干部教育工作,作为先行工作,摆上重要位置,予以安排。比如,开展一年一度的机关、企业事业单位的文书立卷工作,他们改变以往业务指导科走门串户手把手教分类组卷的做法,而是把培训文书档案人员学会立卷归档,作为岗前培训的内容,并规定凡是未来参加本年度立卷培训的,不准上岗。通过面授辅导、实际操作的短期培训,保证了全市文书立卷的质量。
