在以往研究的基础上,对汽车轮毂轴管头部两种成形方案—顺序成形和镦挤成形进行了有限元模拟。结果表明,两种方案均能正确成形,但是顺序成形能显著降低成形力,其主要原因是金属的流动模式发生了变化。顺序成形即可方便地在双动压力机上实现,也可在单动压力机上实现,但后者模具结构较为复杂。
Based on the previous research, finite element simulation is carried out for two forming schemes of the hub of the automobile hub axle - sequential forming and upsetting forming. The results show that both solutions can be correctly formed, but the sequential forming can significantly reduce the forming force, mainly due to the metal flow pattern has changed. Sequential forming can be easily achieved in a double-action press, but also in a single-action press, but the latter has a more complicated mold structure.
