二氧化碳气体保护焊,具有生产效率高、成本低、可清楚地观察整个焊接过程等优点,因此,目前各工业部门正在逐步扩大其应用范围。我厂在应用细丝二氧化碳气体保护焊时(设备为自制三相桥式硅整流有级调压焊机,焊丝为H08Mn2SiA,直径0.6~0.9毫米,被焊材料为30CrMnSiA钢板,厚度小于3毫米),发现焊缝中存在大量气孔,严重影响焊接质量。经过不断试验、改进,现在气孔问题已基本解决。下面重点谈谈气孔的产生与预防。
