据不完全统计,全国三十几家大中型炼油厂每年用于炼油加工过程所消耗燃料、水、电、蒸汽等能源折合标准煤大约相当750~800万吨。美国79年统计:炼油、化工、冶金、建材、造纸等主要工业部门排弃余热的数量相当于企业总用能量的74%。其中100~250℃低位余热占排弃余热总量的21%,100℃以下约占40%。按此估算我国仅炼油厂可回收余热能量约合120万吨标准煤。我国炼油企业近几年贯彻国家节约能源工作方针,使能源利用率有所提高。其中主要回收了高、中品位余热的相当部分,还有大部分中、低品位余热没有回收利用,这是一个很大的节能潜力。
According to incomplete statistics, the energy consumption of fuel, water, electricity, and steam consumed by more than 30 large and medium-sized refineries in the country during the refining process is equivalent to about 7.5 to 8 million tons of standard coal. According to the statistics of the United States in the year of 79, the amount of waste heat discharged from major industrial sectors such as oil refining, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, and papermaking is equivalent to 74% of the total energy used by the company. The low residual heat of 100-250°C accounts for 21% of the total waste heat, and about 40% below 100°C. According to this estimate, China’s refinery alone can recover about 1.2 million tons of standard coal. In recent years, China’s oil refining enterprises have implemented the national policy of energy conservation, which has improved energy efficiency. Among them, a considerable portion of high- and medium-grade waste heat is recovered, and most of the low-grade residual heat is not recycled. This is a great potential for energy conservation.
